About

Hi. My name’s Mark Bayazit, I’m the author of all the articles on this site. I’m currently 21 years old, and have been designing web sites and programming for the past 8 years or so. I’m also attending university to obtain my B.Sc in Computing Science; I’ll be done in a few months. I run this site in my spare time because the topics interest me, and I would like to share some of the things I’ve struggled with in the past so that you guys don’t have to make the same mistakes. My little way of giving back to the community that has helped me so much! Thanks for reading my blog.

  1. Hey Mark

Followed you from here -> http://stackoverflow.com/questions/770904/installing-django-on-shared-server-no-module-named-mysqldb

I’m having the same problem and it seems that ages back to you worked out a solution to this. It’d be great if you could take a couple of sec’s to help out this noob here.

What exactly did you do to get it solved ? On my end, everything runs fine until I got in the settings.py and add the database info after which it gives me the same error it gave you. How exactly did you fix it ?

Thanks in advance, and would really appreciate if you could help me out here.
